Sometimes you lose a ship to have arrived late to board. It is more difficult not to be able to come on board in advance. But that's what happened to us during our trip from 1 to 11 July.
The ferry from Ancona to Split was booked for Sunday, July 4 at 11. Having to arrive at the check-in for 9, we decided to start on Saturday 3, spend the night in Urbino at the home of relatives in order to reach Ancona with comfort the next day.
A series of fortunate circumstances work - something that never happens! - Has allowed us to go even in the afternoon Thursday, July 1.
And that has sent in default in our calendars organic. So after two days in Urbino, instead of just a good night, after crossing the disused railway tunnel , greeted relatives, Saturday, July 3, in the morning, we left and the port of Ancona.
Only for us to deny, after an hour of thing in the casbah which is the check-in of that port, right of embarkation. And that's just to be presented with only twenty-four hours in advance!
